If you get the web access screen up, and you are invited to enter your
login details, and you then get a almost blank screen saying "loading" at the
top but nothing happens...
This is because the security settings on your browser are set too high.
In Internet explorer, click on Tools, Options, then the Security tab.
Reset settings to Medium, and/or set ActiveX controls to "prompt"
